The concept is as follows:

Internal means of payment between clients of the system.
1 dollar = 100 cents.

The exchange rate currently corresponds to the US dollar exchange rate.

The concept of payment, use and earnings in the system, including the creation of actions (items), switching forms and projects, can be organized as follows:

System currency and pricing:

  • The system works with dollars as a currency.

The cost of creating actions (items) depends on their type and complexity. Users can create actions for a certain amount of dollars.

  • Creating actions (items):

Any registered user can create actions (items) in the system.

The user pays for the creation of the action in dollars.

  • Switching forms:

From the created actions, users can create switching forms.

Switch forms allow the user to describe the sequence of actions or process in which the items are used.

  • Projects:

You can create projects from switching forms. Projects can be collections of switch forms describing entire tasks or activities.

  • Status and Availability:

The creator of an object (item, switch form, project) has full control over its status.

Objects may be open for public use, private use, or limited in visibility.

  • Payment for use and verification:
    • The cost of using the item as part of the form:

When using an item as part of a form, the cost of use increases by 1.5 times the base cost. For example, if the base cost of using an item is $0.001, then when used in a form it will be $0.001 * 1.5 = $0.0015.

    • The cost of using the item as part of the project:

When using an item as part of a project, the cost of use increases by 2 times the base cost. For example, if the base cost of using an item is $0.001, then when used in a project it will be $0.001 * 2 = $0.002.

    • Cost of use without purchase:

If the item was not purchased, then when using it, the fee will be charged taking into account the increased cost by 1.5 times in the case of a form and 2 times in the case of a project.

    • Verification and Usage Accounting Policy:

Please note that with an increased usage cost, item usage verification (if necessary) must also take this new cost into account.

    • User information:

It is important to notify users of the new cost rules for the use of items in forms and projects so that they can make informed decisions.

    • Payment calculation and reporting:

Make sure the system calculates usage charges correctly and takes into account the increased rates.

If a user wishes to use an object, he can purchase it for a fixed amount (e.g. $0.1) for free use. After payment, the object is available without additional payments.

If the object has not been purchased, then for each successful use of the object a certain fee will be charged (for example, $0.001).

If an item has been successfully used more than 100 times, it is verified and no additional fees are charged.

If an item has been used less than 100 times, its use is verified before each use and a fee is charged if used successfully.

  • Operations and earnings:

Users can earn money by creating and selling objects, as well as getting paid for other users to use their objects.

Payments can be processed using payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.

  • Privacy Policy:

Users can set privacy for their objects by controlling who can see and use their objects.

  • Monitoring and reporting:

The system can provide users with tools to monitor the use and profitability of their properties.

  • Terms and Conditions:

Users should review the terms and conditions of use of the system, including pricing and privacy policies.

This concept provides a basic framework for a pay, use, and earn system using activities, switch forms, and projects. You can customize it with additional features and parts to suit your system needs.
